Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Expedited shipping orders will ship the same business day if placed before noon Pacific time.

I placed my order on a weekend and chose expedited shipping. When will my order ship?

Your order will ship on the next business day (M-F, excluding holidays).

Can I change or cancel my order after I placed it?

Please email [email protected] with your order number and change or cancellation request. We will do our best to respond and resolve your request as soon as possible. Due to volume and time differences, we cannot guarantee your request will be applied prior to fulfillment.

Where is your warehouse located?

Your order will be shipped from our Southern California warehouse.

Digital Gift Card

Buttercloth digital cards can be purchased here. After completing your order, you will receive an email with the e-gift card enclosed. Simply forward the e-gift card email to the recipient for redemption.
