What is your return policy?
Buttercloth accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days, of unworn, unused, (try on is OK), unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise.* Returns / Exchanges must include all packaging components and the original hang tag attached to the garment.
Van Gogh limited edition styles are eligible for exchange only.

What is not eligible for return or exchange?
- Items worn, used, washed, or damaged.
- Items with the hang tag cut or removed.
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Underwear / Socks
- Gift Boxes
Shipping and Shipping Insurance charges are non-refundable.

Please visit our return portal to generate a return. Please email [email protected] with the details of your return, along with the style/size you wish to exchange. We will then reserve your preferred selection.
When will my exchange order ship?
We will ship your exchange order within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your returned package.
When will my return be processed?
Within 24-48 hours of receiving your returned package, your return will be processed and a refund issued to the original form of payment or store credit (as applicable).
When will the refund show on my original form of payment?
The refund will show on your statement within 5-10 business days of return processing.
